Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy Book Cover

For this project, I was tasked by my client to create a book cover for Douglas Adam’s sci-fi comedy Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy that would appeal to adult audiences. Studies have shown, that book covers with only a few illustrations, and a limited color palette appeal to adult audiences more, as they seem more mature. For the font, I choose a sillier looking font to help convey that this book is a comedy. As for the few illustrations there are, they are references to events that happen in the book.
